Payment:

You may pay in advance to our account or by PalPal (all major Creditcards like Visa or Mastercard are accepted). We do not charge any credit-card or payment fees!

Gouvermenet Agencies, Public Schools, Colleges and Universities: Please contact us for special payment conditions.

Shipment (Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

Freight is CHF 9.00 (B-Post Economy) or CHF 11.00 (A-Post Priority). If you order for CHF 300.00 or more, we will ship the goods for free!

Shipment (Europe):

We do ship to all European countries. The freight depends on the destination and the weight of the goods. You can estimate the shipping costs rights before checkout. Please note that the prices do not include VAT and/or customs. 

Shipment (World):

Just drop us an EMail to info@play-zone.ch with the goods you'd like to order and your address - we will calculate the total for you!

Pick Up:

You're welcome to pick up your order at our offices in 6330 Cham/ZG.
