Back to normal - From Monday, 12.05.2020, collections and international deliveries are also possible again as normal. As before, Pick ups as only by appointment / advance order!

- Orders are processed and shipped normally
- Pickups and deliveries abroad are currently not possible

Fortunately, our space and personnel situation enables us to comply with the ordinances issued by the Federal Council without any problems. We implemented appropriate preventive hygiene and organisational measures weeks ago. However, pick-ups are currently not possible (see https://www.play-zone.ch/en/abholung/).

Despite the increasing number of orders, we are processing orders as quickly as usual. If an order reaches us by 15:00, it is usually shipped the same day (workdays). In case of overload, we send the A Mail orders on the same day, the B Mail on the following day - but also by A Mail. However, the post office has already announced that under certain circumstances promised delivery times can no longer be kept. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible. Due to our large stock we are also in the position to be able to deliver most of our assortment immediately. The delivery situation from Asia is becoming more and more relaxed, but in return the situation of European and American suppliers is becoming more difficult. We do our best to have as much of our product range as possible in stock, but requests for delivery dates of sold-out products are difficult to answer.

The indicated stock numbers are in real time, related to our warehouse here in Steinhausen/ZG. Articles are reserved for you immediately and automatically when you order, so that we can ship them safely for you.
