Payment:

You may pay in advance to our account, pay using your VISA or Mastercard, Postcard / E-Finance, TWINT or by PalPal. We do not charge any credit-card or payment fees! You also can pickup items directly in our warehouse (on appointment only!)

All items marked as in stock are immediately available and ready to ship or pickup from our warehouse in Steinhausen/ZG.

Gouverment Agencies, Public Schools, Colleges and Universities: Please contact us for special payment conditions.

There is no minimum order value.

Shipment (Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

Freight is CHF 9.00 (B-Post Economy) or CHF 11.00 (A-Post Priority). Orders which reach us by 3.00pm workdays are normally shipped on the same day. If you order for CHF 300.00 or more, we will ship the goods for free!

Shipment (World):

The freight depends on the destination and the weight of the goods. You can estimate the shipping costs rights before checkout. Please note that the prices do not include your countries VAT and/or customs. There may incur additional charges in the form of import duties, taxes, or other fees. These charges are your responsibility. Should you refuse payment of these charges, the package may be destroyed or returned to us at your expense. Please be aware of the rules for your country and plan accordingly. Note: If your country is not listed in the dropdown, then shipments to this country are not possible!

Pick Up:

You're welcome to pick up your order on appointment at our offices in 6312 Steinhausen/ZG.
